First Impressions Director - Weekends

Attends to front desk at all times.
Receives and promptly responds to inquiries made by visitors, families, residents and associates.
Receives all incoming telephone calls and directs them to the appropriate associate, resident or visitor. Take accurate messages as necessary.
Welcome visitors and guest with warm greeting: offers beverage and/or refreshments as available.
Maintain a high standard of professional appearance and grooming, which includes wearing appropriate clothing and name tag e=when working.
Maintain daily visitor sign in/out log.
Participate as a "Universal Associate", performing those responsibilities with which is familiar or which training occurred.

Knowledge & Skills:
Must be 18 years of age.
Must read, write, and speak and understand English.
Must be able to successfully perform multiple task at one time.
Efficient knowledge of the computer:- Word, Excel, Publisher etc.
Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude towards the elderly necessary.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
