Maintenance Technician
We are in an immediate need for the position of a Maintenance Technician to join our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot work orders daily
- Prepare vacant units for new residents
- Prepare for inspections
- Conduct walk-through of the entire property to ensure everything is in working order
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED required
- Previous work experience
- Coordinating Skills
- Mathematical SkillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
