We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for a multi-family residential property in the Gainesville, GA area.
Responsibilities:
Meet and greet prospective residents Provide tours and promote attractive features / amenities Explain rental rates and income qualifications for a conventional community Record visitor traffic and leasing status into the database, follow up with prospects after viewing units or submitting applications Process applications, prepare lease paperwork and weekly / monthly reports Take ownership of marketing the property through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bi-Lingual skills of Spanish Prior experience in multifamily residential property management Apartment leasing experience Excellent customer service and communication skills, friendly, outgoing and display a positive upbeat attitude Office skills:
customer service, typing, clerical, computer, telephone LIHTC - knowledge of tax credit, fair housing laws, safety issues and / or a working knowledge of property management software are a PLUS Broad Management Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type:
