Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences - Supervise and train hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance teams - Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency throughout the hotel - Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Assist with managing budgets, controlling expenses, and maximizing revenue - Support human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
