? Monitor and manage drivers time for efficiency, ensuring that customer expectations are met for pickup and delivery, DOT Hours of Service regulations are followed, and any delays are communicated.
? Coordinate relays, unit re-powers, and re-powering of equipment to meet customer needs.
? Monitor and improve a drivers circle of service as needed for delivery, pickup, home time and load movements to remain accurate in reporting systems.
? Ensure equipment is available for use at all times, moving equipment as needed for maintenance and advising maintenance of location and maintenance needs.
? Ensure safety compliance at all times, providing driver training when needed, and participating in safety campaigns.
? Develop high performing drivers through daily interactions, coaching and positive reinforcement.
? Meet driver home time expectations by actively managing expectations and keeping commitments.
