Responsibilities:
Greet visitors Answer phones Accept incoming UPS/FedEx Schedule compactor delivery & pick up Schedule metal recycle Maintain and restock kitchen Make Coffee Fax, copy and scan as directed Maintain employee logs Create shipping labels Incoming & outgoing mail Employee attendance Open/close blinds Employee files & folders Employee regulation board Vendor files General office duties
