Casual Dress Snacks Provided Duties - Answer and direct phone calls - File and organize office paperwork - Be able to clean and maitntain and clean work enivornment - Manage techinicains schedule - Learn to look up parts and be able to quote repairs -Be able to manage and maitain parts inventory - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations - Develop and maintain relationships with including clients, vendors, and suppliers Skills - Be able to use computer programs such as word, excel and access - Be able to deal with a variety of people - Be able to lift at least 30 lbs - Be able to complete tasks without constant supervision Note:
