Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan and bag items for customers - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations - Upsell products and services to maximize sales - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred - Knowledge of electronic products and technical sales is a plus - Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proven ability to upsell and sell products/services - Demonstrated knowledge of retail sales techniques If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have experience in retail sales, and possess strong organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.
