Nonexempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act Purpose:
Assist Manager in maintaining a well-run and profitable office.
Principle Functions of Job:

Under the direction of the manager, is responsible for performing the following:
Applying office lending and collection practices in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as Company policy.
Actively providing and ensuring superior customer service with an emphasis on customer retention by showing patience, courtesy and respect.
Observing established Company policies and procedures.
Duties of Job:
Obtain and verify application information of individuals applying for a loan.
Assist with maintaining customer files, and daily paperwork.
Comply with all State and Federal regulations as well as Company Policies.
Processes payments and maintains up-to-date customer information in the computer system.
Helps office reach daily and monthly performance goals by consistently offering renewals and selling referrals.
Communicate (by phone or by field visit) with delinquent to resolve delinquency.
Trace debtors who change residence without notifying creditors to evade payment of bills (skips.
) Maintain individual (balanced) cash drawer> Prepare, proof and make daily bank deposit(s).
Perform training exercises, including taking time to become knowledgeable of the Training Guide and Operations Manual.
Sort and distribute all incoming mail.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office.
Requirements of job:
Has the ability and desire to quickly learn new job-related information.
Works well with other people.
Takes time to help coworkers, customers and others.
Open to guidance.
Working knowledge of various office equipment, including calculator, scanner, and computer system.
Demonstrate flexibility in regards to scheduling and assignments.
Be willing to spend time in advanced training programs designated by the Manager and/or Supervisor.
No issues in working beyond 40 hours per week when needed and occasional Saturdays.
Maintain reliable transportation and insurance coverage for use on job.
Must also have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
