Our goal is to ensure every customer's visit to our yard is exceptional.
Our CSRs work collaboratively to achieve this objective and make GO Pull-It stand out as the best place to shop for used auto parts in Gainesville.
We match the customers' needs with our inventory and find the parts to get them back on the road.
We are hiring for NEW location in Gainesville.
The team will start training the week of November 6th and we open to the public the week of November 13th.
It will be mandatory training the week of the 6th and some training will be held at our Norcross, GA location.
Transportation will be provided for training.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative:
Prepare the retail area for opening each day.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with vehicle/parts information.
Accurately process transactions, identify parts, and handle payments.
Maintain cash drawers and complete necessary paperwork.
Contribute to the cleanliness and safety of the retail area.
Engage in a variety of tasks vital to the smooth operation of the yard.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective customer communication.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to assist customers effectively.
Enjoy interacting with people with effective communication.
Aptitude for identifying car parts and components.
Proficiency in cash handling, ensuring accurate change and transactions.
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to group success.
Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
