Jim Shorkey Gainesville Kia is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team.
This individual will be solely responsible for the store's CSI for Sales and Service.
To excel in the role, you need to be able to proactive, professional, and patient.
Job Description:
Greeting customers for sales and service.
Monitoring are guests that are in the dealership.
Completing outgoing calls for CSI follow up for sales and service.
This will include completing the invitation lists on KIA site.
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable is a must!

Be over 18 years of age and have a valid Driver's License Possess phone skills for both employee and customer phone calls Have basic computer skills.
Training will be provided for necessary programs.
Be organized, alert, professional and courteous Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel programs.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
