Making decisions about shipping/receiving including responsibility and accountability in the supervisor's absence Accountable of delivering instructions to the crew Communicating with all levels of the organization Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations as well as reporting all concerns or violations to the Leadership Team Assist supervisor in all delegated aspects including department work orders, coordination of warehouse/shipping housekeeping, and any other duties as assigned.

Cargill requires employees to be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Experience with SAP and various Inventory Management systems.
Experience operating forklifts and/or similar equipment Minimum of one year of inventory control experience Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.
, with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice.
Able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
Prior experience leading diverse teams in an industrial or warehouse environment Preferred Qualification Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, plant visitors, or employees of the organization.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
