Administrative Assistant - Fleet

Gainesville, GA Gainesville, GA Full-time Full-time $20 - $24 an hour $20 - $24 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago PSC needs a reliable and task-oriented Administrative Assistant who will work directly with the Fleet Management team at the Gainesville, GA or Ashland, VA office.
and be responsible for performing multiple duties that span various departments.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties also include offering administrative support across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Standard Admin Duties (listed below) Asset Transfers Maintain PO logs, Provide PO's as needed.
Maintain area damage logs.
Maintain vehicle files.
Regular communication with Mechanics, Managers, Vendors.
Ship items as needed Updating asset info in Samsara as needed.
Updating yearly inspections in VP.
Send requests and inquiries to as needed.
Send upcoming/overdue PM lists to appropriate areas.
Send damage logs to appropriate management.
Provide area fleet management with miscellaneous support as requested.
Maintain area maintenance tracking sheet.
Duties outside of standard admin tasks (listed below) Update samsara yard alerts Maintain Equip Department Unit/Cell phone Assignments.
Maintain area crew lists for equip department use.
Qualifications:
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company/project specific programs and software through development and coaching Experience with Excel, PDF editor, Smartsheet and the basic understanding of construction prints a plus Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 1
years' experience of working as a construction admin is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills AIA Billing is a plus Proficiency in collaboration and team building skills Friendly and professional demeanor Independent, self-starter Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
High school degree:
additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
