JOB DUTIES:
Accurately analyzing samples from production and raw materials for physical and chemical characteristics and purity markers.
Obtaining and calibrating equipment for analyzing samples.
Assisting other QA technicians or supervisors in maintaining all plant-mandated responsibilities and quotas.
Ensuring all government regulations, safety regulations, and company procedures are adhered to.
Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner.
Any other task required by QA supervisor or plant managers.
Experience preferred but NOT required
Qualifications:
Valid Drivers' License.
Good dexterity and attention to detail Good communication skills.
Ability to work comfortably with others in a plant/factory/lab environment.
Ability to add, subtract, multiple, divide in all units of measurement along with using decimals,fractions and percentages Occasionally lift/move up to 40lbs.
Ability to stand on feet majority of shift and occasionally squat, bend, and reach using arms and hands.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
